AFGHANISTAN

Afghanistan is the founding location for the Ascend program. Although outdoor activity is not possible for women at this time, the majority of our program remains the same. At our Ascend Center, our women instructors cultivate wellness and leadership in our participants through mental health care, physical fitness and wellbeing, community service, and environmental stewardship.
