    Hike the Appalachian Trail with Ascend to empower the women of Pakistan with Ascend's 2023 program launch and support other Ascend programming. Join us Sunday, June 4 at Sky Meadow State Park near Paris, VA for a 5k, 10k, or longer out-and-back trip. Dinner and drinks Saturday night.
